Silk Sofa is happy to oblige fans looking for more chilled interpretations of Silk Digital's latest release "Autumn," with a new remix EP from two of the most talented ambient producers on its roster. Invisible Sounds is a not an unfamiliar name to progressive and trance fans; yet, proving one again that he is equally talented on the ambient tip, he has provided the first 'slow down' remix in the package. With voluminous pads and trance-y arpeggios guiding this one along, not to mention the celestial vocals of Emily Haughton on full display, Invisible Sounds gives an unsubtle nod to inspirations Chicane & ATB. Michael Witness has provided the latter two interpretations, the first of which is an even more stripped-down, yet equally uplifting take. Witness' second 'Autumn in Russia' reprise digs a little deeper, including a cinematic intro soon followed by a suspenseful pad solo. In the latter half, Haughton's vocal echoes in the distance, as if to give one final "tease" of the beautiful original.
